Based in Porthcawl near Bridgend Be Safe Driving School was established in 2002 and provides driving lessons and tuition in the following South Wales areas:
Porthcawl, Bridgend, Port Talbot, Kenfig Hill, Pyle, Margam, Cornelly, Pencoed and Cefn.
Our aim is for our pupils to pass their driving test at the first attempt. However, this takes a lot of time, patience and on-the-road experience.
Excellent first time pass rate.
The average number of hours instruction required to pass the driving test is 40. This figure obviously varies from person to person and any private practice that can be done outside formal lessons will reduce the number of hours needed professionally.
Individual Lesson Price: £18.00 per hour
Block Booking Price for 10 Lessons: £160.00
Prices for Intensive Courses are:
15 hours - £240.00
20 hours - £320.00
30 hours - £480.00
40 hours - £640.00

Prices for intensive courses do not include the cost of the theory test (£31.00) and the practical car test (£62.00).
The above prices include a 2 hour lesson on the day of the test. An hour before the test, approximately 40 minutes for the driving test itself and then you are taken home.
N.B. A learner driver cannot apply for a practical test until they have both passed the Theory and Hazard Perception Test.

- Pass Plus Registered
- Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 11/8/2008 valid for 3 years
- Presentation Skills Course (Any Driver) 2/4/2009
- Diamond Advanced Motorists Test 19/5/2009
- Assessment and Coaching Course (Any Driver) 10/6/2009
- Fleet Training Qualification (Any Driver) 10/6/2009
- DSA registered Fleet Driver Trainer
- NVQ level 3 in Driving Instruction
